We had a wonderful experience with Bayview Shade and Blind - from our first encounter in the showroom all the way through installation. We are new to the area and found them online. A quick visit to the showroom got us started by setting up an in-home appointment with Brandon. He was terrific to work with and brought lots of samples and experience to ensure we made the right selections for our aesthetic and our budget. There was no pressure, only great design guidance and support. Brandon took care of getting all the measurements as well.
Installation day came a bit sooner than expected (which is always a nice surprise). Dillon led the installation effort and got right to work installing the blinds. Most of them went up easily - it was obvious he’s a pro. We had one set of windows over a basement staircase that was a bit more challenging but Dillon knew what to do to handle it. A temporary platform was constructed when Tim came to join the fun with the necessary supplies and together they finished the blinds and hung the drapes to perfection. Both Dillon and Tim did a great job and we highly recommend them.
We are very happy with the results and the entire experience. Everyone was a consummate professional, friendly and a delight to have in our home. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up so you’d never know they were there.
We will most definitely use Bayview shade and Blind for our next project and will tell all our friends about them as well.

Stopped in for some questions about repairing vertical blinds for a rental rental property. Bay View has a beautiful showroom, calm atmosphere, and professional staff. Brandon answered all my questions and was a huge help, saving me a bunch of time from running around to different hardware stores. I found Bayview from a neighbor who had new blinds installed. His were so contemporary and I love the solar remote. He referred me to the Design Consultant, Maggie. She was so easy to work with and offered suggestions I hadn’t even thought of. The entire process was so smooth. When Dillion and Jordan arrived to install them, it was evident they were knowledgeable with every aspect. They were respectful of my condo, cleaned up before leaving and it was a pleasure interacting with them while they were here. I highly recommend Bayview Shade & Blind. Thank you, everyone!

This company will treat you right! Their products are definitely top notch and came out looking perfect! The slightly transparent blinds for our living space perfectly block enough west facing sun to be comfortable, and the black out track blinds in the bedroom are better than anything else out there.

We are in an older building and nothing is quite perfect about our brick wall, and despite needing to come back a few times, their team made sure to get it right before they considered the job done. A special thank you to Tim for making custom hardware for our unique windows to make it just right.

BayView Shade company is a fantastic family business. We have only experienced excellent service, including help with design ideas for various products. The entire experience was top notch and top quality from beginning to end. Starting with Peter our sales person, he arrived with a smile and no cheesy sales pitch or pushy offer. He took time to discuss what solutions I needed, provided a fair price for quality products, and took all the time I needed to select fabrics. He had great options for styles and even gave his opinion on my choices when I asked. Installation was equally impressive. Although we weren't ready to place an order, it was not about the quality of service, product, or pricing! All were terrific and I'd highly recommend giving Bay View Shade & Blinds a try if you're looking for window treatments. We worked with Brandon Ward, Executive Design Consultant, who arrived early, was very informative, professional, and provided excellent ideas/options, numerous large swatch samples to compare, and presented official quotes on the spot. He took the guesswork out made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend.

I had my house window coverings completely changed today. The consultation with Brandon Ward was superbly done. He was very knowledgeable about the products and how they would look and function in my home. He was great to work with! Today’s installation was even more proof I chose well. I was not home and my home was left clean and neat with beautiful new window coverings. I am more than very pleased with the new look in my home. (By the way, I hardly ever do these internet reviews, but this time it is so warranted!) I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We purchased an outdoor shade for our deck that faces north. By early afternoon the bright sun made sitting on the deck nearly impossible. Now we're able to sit back and relax in our favorite summer spot!!

There was confusion with my sales Rep. (Maggie) so my blinds were returned I had to wait another month. But it was worth the wait. I received the wands instead of strings that i wanted to begin with. And the shades I pictured to have. I can't say enough about Dallas and Luke they were amazing!! They were quick to install the shades and very helpful in directing me who to contact to get the problems and questions answered that I needed answered. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful!! Cleaned everything up all in all great guys!
